West Country Women Awards are pleased to announce today, that for the third year in a row, the Devon & Cornwall Police & Crime Commissioner has agreed to sponsor the Combatting Violence Against Women and Girls category. This award is about recognising the innovative and challenging work making our society safer for everyone. It is to celebrate the efforts made to keep the South West one of the safest parts of the country.
Alison Hernandez, the Police and Crime Commissioner in Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly presented the CVAWG award at the Grand Final 2023 and is looking forward to supporting the awards again this year.
